Moorlands Equestrian Centre is situated on the southernmost tip of Lough Allen, the first lake on the river Shannon. It lies on the outskirts of Drumshanbo, a small town renowned for its hospitality and warmth and welcome. This idyllic setting is dominanted by the Sliabh An Iarainn and the Arigna mountains, both providing a host of hidden trails awaiting discovery. All stages catered for: children especially welcomed. The A.I.R.E. approved centre is a family concern, run by Adrienne and Jimmy Kneale who impart an enthusiastic love of riding and country pursuits. Located about 5 miles outside Boyle on the shores of the beautiful Lough Gara. They offer horse riding lessons for all ages and experience levels. Their horses include well schooled dressage schoolmasters for the more advanced riders and quiet horses and ponies for beginners and people who just want to unwind..Experience true harmony getting the feel of the dressage movements, go for a gallop in the meadows jumping their small natural jumps and ditches or simply hack by the lake taking in the scenery and watching the wildlife. In addition you can include archery, clay pigeon shooting, falconry in your visit. Children are especially welcome.

Keash Equestrian Centre is one of the largest in the North West with the arena measuring at 20,000 sq. ft. and a stable block of 4,000 sq ft. There is also an outdoor sand arena measuring 150 x 100 sq ft. In total the equestrian centre has 25 stables and offers a full livery and D.I.Y. livery service.
Keash Equestrian Centre offer good opening hours and excellent rates and provide all clients with the care and attention required.

Keash Equestrian Centre is located 20minutes from Sligo Town and 10minutes from Boyle Town. The village itself is situated just 2 miles from Ballymote. Keash is well know for it caves and beautiful countryside. As your travelling into our equestrian centre you can see the caves of keash above us. One of our most popular events in Keash is Garland Sunday, which is held on the last Sunday of July each year. Adults and children come from all over to enjoy the fun and games held at this event.
