The
Una Bhan Tourism
Co-operative Society, is a group of
local tourism providers who got together,
initially, to provide all-in holiday arrangements,
covering accommodation and activities connected
with life on the land and local rural heritage.
The
Una Bhan Tourism Centre opened in the grounds
of King House, Boyle in 1995. From the centre
we co-ordinate promotion of the Una Bhan region
(North Roscommon, South Sligo & Leitrim)
and provide a high level of service to guests
during their stay. All Group Administration,
Central Office activities and Holiday
Bookings are
carried out at our Tourism Centre. The Tourism
Centre houses the Una Bhan Traditional
Craft Retail Shop and office which
provides a large selection of Office
Services. Una
Bhan has developed the business to include
a wide range of services to the local community
and provides lots more services to promote
and compliment tourism in Boyle and surrounding
region.

Boyle
town and it's surrounds are a hidden Jewel
and well worth a visit with attractions like
Carrowkeel Megalithic Tombs which pre-date
Stonehenge & Newgrange and Irelands only
Tree-canopy walk in Lough Key Forest Park.
Boyle is on a good rail network (main Dublin
to Sligo route) and road link (N4) from the
east coast, making it an ideal and accessible
destination for visitors.
Una
Bhan Tourism Co-operative Society funded by
Pobal
under the Community Services Programme.
